What is the difference between pipe and tube?
Pipe is measured by nominal pipe size (NPS) and schedule. Tube is measured by its actual outside diameter and wall thickness.
What does nominal pipe size mean?
NPS is a size name, not a measurement. From 1/8" through 12", the actual outside diameter is larger than the nominal size (2" pipe has a 2.375" OD); from 14" up, the outside diameter equals the nominal size.
Do you cut, thread or bend pipe?
Yes. Our pipe cutting, bending, polishing, threading and grooving services finish and customize pipe to your specifications.
Is there a minimum order?
A $300 minimum order applies to all long products, including pipe.
