150 lb stainless steel cast fittings are manufactured through the process of heating metal to a molten/liquid state and pouring the metal into a vessel creating the desired shape. The stainless cast fitting is then created to specification through a finishing process. Stainless steel cast fittings are sometimes larger in size because it is an easier and more affordable process compared to forging, which creates a product from a solid state in expensive molds and are more common in very large quantities.
